Or maybe he's in recovery and you're tired of being called a codependent instead of the betrayal trauma survivor you are. Welcome – here you'll find the support you need.
We are based on the 12 Step support model for recovery. This model is a widely used tool for spiritual and personal growth and can help current or former friends, family members, or spouses of sex addicts build the tools necessary to live healthy and happy lives. Through working the Steps, our members find the tools and resources to begin and maintain their recovery. While there is no guaranteed way to help your loved one stop their compulsive behaviors, S-Anon can help you learn how to cope with the difficult emotions, challenges, and trials of dealing with a loved one's sex addiction.
If you believe you may be suffering from sex addiction or compulsive sexual behavior, you have come to the right place. This site provides information and resources in support of your recovery. Sex addiction is not a hopeless condition. Many sex addicts achieve lasting recovery with the help of this program. SAA is grounded in the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous. It is through these fundamental tools that we sex addicts open ourselves to the reality of recovery in our lives one day at a time.
Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous is a Twelve Step, Twelve Tradition fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from this behavioral disease. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop living out a pattern of sex and love addiction. There are no dues or fees for S.L.A.A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions.
Men's Bible Study meets at various campuses and is a place where guys of all ages can learn and grow together. Whether you are married or single, a dad or a college student, young or old, you are welcome to join. No registration needed.
We've all been hurt by other people, ourselves, and others. As a result, we all end up with some sort of hurt, hang-up, or habit. The purpose of the Celebrate Recovery (CR) ministry is to fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives through the 8 Recovery Principles. This experience allows us to be changed. We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God's grace in solving our life's problems.
